The goal of our Sunday school is to provide a supportive, engaging, and enjoyable program where children learn fundamental aspects of Jewish and Humanistic history, customs and values. The Sunday school is also an important focal point for interaction between all members of the congregation.

The mission of our education program is to help raise a new generation of young people with a strong grounding in the ethics and culture of Judaism, and to enhance self-respect and responsible behavior. Our Sunday School uses meaningful Jewish literature and historical memory to promote the self-esteem and independent thinking of every student.

Out of these encounters, the students begin to develop a sense of their moral obligation for the welfare of others and the reality of their unique Jewish identity. They also deepen their understanding of their heritage and frequently participate in the congregational community through group sing-alongs, holiday celebrations and presentations to the entire congregation.

What will my kids learn?

Our music is a very special part of our congregational life, whether before Sunday School or at holiday celebrations. Check back soon for songsheets you can download!
